At AMC, we are proud to offer a new comprehensive and individualized weight loss and nutrition program. This program is led by our Nutrition and Fitness Expert, Kelsey Doyle, MA, FNS, WLS, who works one-on-one with patients to create a plan that matches their needs, goals and lifestyle. We sat down with Kelsey to learn about what inspired here to kick-off this exciting nutrition and exercise venture at AMC!

Q. What made you want to start a nutrition & weight loss program at AMC?

A. Nutrition has always been my passion. I have always shown a keen interest in being healthier and learning how one can live a balanced and healthy life. I believe nutrition is the key to good health and my goal is to teach people how to be the healthiest that they can possibly be. At AMC our goal is to help our patients live an optimal life and I believe nutrition is the foundation for that.

Q. What do you love most about helping people reach their health and fitness goals?

A. I love helping people feel good about themselves inside and out. Losing weight is a difficult and frustrating task for most people, and my goal is to make the process as easy as possible throughout their transformation.

Q. What did your nutrition journey look like?

A. I have not always been good at choosing healthy options and I still struggle – just like everyone else! I have learned throughout the past few years what I once thought were healthy options are certainly not. My journey is always changing and I am constantly learning more about my body and the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

Q. What advice would you give to someone thinking about trying a nutrition program?

A. Everyone can benefit from learning more about living a healthier life. Why not give our bodies the best that we can while we are here?

Q. If someone wanted to learn more about weight loss at AMC, who should they contact?

A. Contact me anytime at AMC, I am here to serve you and help you lead a healthier life!
