Meet Our Staff

Dr. Michael Bedecs provides consultation and treatment within the medical specialty of anti-aging medicine.

As the owner and medical director of the Age Management Center of New England, Dr. Bedecs works with men and women seeking anti-aging and natural hormone replacement therapy.

Annemarie is a medical assistant that joined the Age Management Center in 2021.

Pamela Bither, CMA, AFAA is the Longevity Coordinator at Age Management Center. A long-time personal trainer, medical assistant, and four-time Boston Marathon qualifier, Pam brings a wealth of expertise in creating a healthy, robust life and making it fit into a busy schedule. She leads by example and understands the problems facing us all as we cope with aging. “Free time – What’s that? I have two teenage daughters!”

Despite her busy career, Pam even managed to write a book for children focused upon the importance of kindness.

Pam is clear and compassionate, and guides our patients toward their longevity and wellness goals. Athleticism aside, Pam draws from a deep spirituality and from nature, taking advantage of Maine’s great outdoors.

Kelsey Doyle, M.A., FNS, WLS, joined the Age Management Center team in 2017. She specializes in nutrition and fitness and has a long history in and passion for men and women’s health. Kelsey supports the Age Management Center with patient needs and procedures. Kelsey also leads our Healthy Lifestyle Program and uses her expertise in fitness and nutrition to help patients meet their fitness and weight loss goals, working one-on-one with patients to address their specific body types, wellness concerns and health aspirations. Fun fact, Kelsey competes in lumberjack competitions in her spare time!

Kristen Davis joined the Cosmetic Enhancement Center in 2005 and soon after became Age Management Center’s practice manager. Kristen oversees all daily operations at Age Management Center, including scheduling, ordering medications ad patient supplies, new product research and managing Dr. Bedecs’ schedule.

Jen Jacques is the dedicated Medical Receptionist/Fulfillment Assistant at Age Management Center, helping guide clients in their wellness journey by ensuring smooth communications and timely receipt of medications and supplements.

Jen has years of experience working directly with individuals to ensure their individual needs are always met with compassion, care and attention to detail.

Jen, a proud Breast Cancer Survivor, grew up in Portland. She loves the beach, especially Higgins, chocolate labs and most of all, spending time with her family. Despite being a native Mainer, Jen’s favorite baseball team is the New York Yankees!
