Pamela Bither, CMA, AFAA

Pamela Bither, CMA, AFAA is the Longevity Coordinator at Age Management Center. A long-time personal trainer, medical assistant, and four-time Boston Marathon qualifier, Pam brings a wealth of expertise in creating a healthy, robust life and making it fit into a busy schedule. She leads by example and understands the problems facing us all as we cope with aging. “Free time – What’s that? I have two teenage daughters!”

Despite her busy career, Pam even managed to write a book for children focused upon the importance of kindness.

Pam is clear and compassionate and guides our patients toward their longevity and wellness goals. Athleticism aside, Pam draws from a deep spirituality and from nature, taking advantage of Maine’s great outdoors.

  After many many doctors that would not take the time with me, I found Age Management of New England! First the staff and the Drs are amazing and so friendly and helpful!  The care they provide, I am so thankful! They took all the time to listen to me and explain what they do, then after I did all my blood works and tests, the dr went over the results and took his time making sure I understood everything.  He talked to me like I was his friend and even talked about personal experiences! I have had contact with them all in person and over the phone and both have been nothing short of amazing. If I have a question or concern, I am able to just text them and I get a response shortly after. Where else can you get this type of service ?  After being on what I needed, let just say I am feeling incredible!  My husband is also a client and he loves them.  It has made a huge difference in our lives, lifestyle and marriage ! Edit: So after almost a year of using Age Management of New England, I wish I would have started sooner.  I cannot express how amazing I feel and the changes in my body, my life style and my marriage !!!
