Our Employee Longevity Program gives participants access to objective health measurements and one-on-one medical guidance focused on areas such as cardiovascular fitness, metabolism, body composition, bone health, strength, and physical function.
What Does the Program Include?
Depending on how your organization’s employee wellness program is structured, your employees may have access to the following components of our comprehensive Longevity Program:
- Longevity-focused lab work to evaluate relevant biomarkers and establish baselines
- VO₂ Max Testing to assess cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity
- DEXA Scans to measure body composition and bone density
- Resting Energy Expenditure Testing to better understand energy and metabolic needs
- Frailty Evaluation to assess strength, mobility, endurance, and resilience
- In-depth provider consultation to review findings
Based on the participant’s health history, assessment results, and needs, the provider can establish clear priorities and provide recommendations for impactful next steps. An individual’s care plan may address nutrition, exercise, weight management, hormone optimization, lifestyle changes, or other factors.
More Than a Traditional Corporate Wellness Program
Many workplace wellness initiatives include general health education, fitness challenges, or lifestyle resources. These programs can be helpful, but they do not always give employees insight into their own health. Our approach gives each participant information they can use to make informed decisions about fitness, bone and muscle health, metabolism, and maintaining function over time.
