The Age Management Center of New England was established in 2006 by owner and triple board-certified physician Dr. Michael Bedecs. Our clinical team consists of highly-trained providers, Dr. Michael Bedecs, Marc Demers, and Anita Nicholson. We work with men and women seeking longevity medicine as well as functional and natural hormone replacement therapies.
Michael Bedecs, D.O.
Dr. Michael Bedecs provides consultation and treatment within the medical specialty of anti-aging medicine.

Marc Demers, MD, FACS, FSSO
Marc Demers, MD, FACS, FSSO, has decades of experience providing superior patient care to patients from Maine to Florida. At the Age Management Center, he helps men and women understand and optimize their hormone health while providing unique insight into overall wellness and enhanced quality of life.
Anita Nicholson, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN
Anita Nicholson, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, is one of the region’s leading menopause experts and integrative medicine providers. A highly experienced nurse practitioner, Anita specializes in women’s health, sexual health, and healthy aging. Anita provides personalized and holistic care to women of all ages, addressing their physical, emotional, and sexual wellness.
Annemarie Dawson
Annemarie Dawson is the clinical manager and also serves as a medical assistant at Age Management Center, bringing more than two decades of experience in patient care and medical assisting to our clients. Her dedication to patient well-being and her enthusiasm for patient education set the practice apart, ensuring superior, empathetic, and comprehensive patient care.
Pamela Bither, CMA, AFAA
Pamela Bither, CMA, AFAA is the Longevity Coordinator at Age Management Center. A long-time personal trainer, medical assistant, and four-time Boston Marathon qualifier, Pam brings a wealth of expertise in creating a healthy, robust life and making it fit into a busy schedule. She leads by example and understands the problems facing us all as we cope with aging. “Free time – What’s that? I have two teenage daughters!”

Kristen Davis
Kristen Davis joined the Cosmetic Enhancement Center in 2005 and soon after became Age Management Center’s practice manager. Kristen oversees all daily operations at Age Management Center, including scheduling, ordering medications ad patient supplies, new product research and managing Dr. Bedecs’ schedule.

Gail is the Age Management Center’s patient account coordinator, helping ensure the highest quality of care throughout the entire patient journey.

Jen Jacques is the dedicated Medical Receptionist/Fulfillment Assistant at Age Management Center, helping guide clients in their wellness journey by ensuring smooth communications and timely receipt of medications and supplements.
Jen has years of experience working directly with individuals to ensure their individual needs are always met with compassion, care and attention to detail.
Jen, a proud Breast Cancer Survivor, grew up in Portland. She loves the beach, especially Higgins, chocolate labs and most of all, spending time with her family. Despite being a native Mainer, Jen’s favorite baseball team is the New York Yankees!
